I wrote this for fun, for one of my classes...
Love is music to my soul, best performed as a duet of the hearts, my love will speak to me in a melody only I can grasp. Our courting will be brief and intense, a crescendo that never finds the other side and yet neither of us shows the typical concern for we know our music is a piece worth composing, for this will be our prelude to the rest of our lives together. Our relationship will be a never-ending composition, gathering textures, blending, building upon layers, pulling in ingredients plotting them making a lovely, legato melodic line. We will have a most organized ensemble, our very own orchestra. He will know to play the right dynamics at the right time, plucking the strings of my heart, mezzo piano gentle even adagio for the tempo of our love making shall never be rushed, again with the crescendo; intense building towards our heart beats, faster relentless duple until each pulse feels as though it’s tripping over itself. Each day brings with it a new climax to our story our truly unfinished piece.
